Desiree is a Registered General Nurse spending a number of years working within the acute areas of South Tyneside NHS.

Moving into private sector she gained experienced of Care Home Management before joining the Nurse & Care Agency division of an international company in the late 90's. 

During this period Desiree was responsible for a team of up to 500 agency members gaining invaluable in-depth knowledge of this specialised sector.

It was also during this period that she was seconded to Manila, Philippines assisting a large NHS Trust with their recruitment of qualified nurses.

Her aim is to ensure the company  promotes the highest level of customer service to both clients and staff
